The Genie Method Masterclass Terms & Conditions
Monthly Membership
The September masterclasses run as a monthly membership. The fee is £109 per month and secures your child’s place in their regular weekly small-group online masterclass.Academic Year Programme
The membership includes 38 weekly masterclasses across the academic year. The monthly fee is spread across the programme and is not based on the number of sessions in a particular calendar month.Weekly Place
Your child’s place is reserved for them each week in their allocated group. Groups are small and spaces are limited.Payment
Payment is required monthly in advance to secure your child’s place. If payment is not received on time, access to future sessions may be paused or cancelled until payment is made.Missed Sessions
Missed sessions cannot be refunded, swapped, transferred or carried over.Absence
If your child is unable to attend, relevant resources from the session will be shared where appropriate so they can catch up on what was covered.Late Arrival
Sessions open 5 minutes before the start time. Students are expected to arrive on time and be ready to learn. If a student joins late, the session will not be restarted or extended, and missed time cannot be refunded or carried over.Cancellation by The Genie Method
If I need to cancel a session, I will give as much notice as possible. Where appropriate, the session may be rescheduled, replaced with an alternative session, or supported with relevant resources.What Is Included
The monthly fee includes the regular weekly masterclass, teaching, class resources, in-session feedback and tailored guidance within the small-group setting.What Is Not Included
Additional services outside the regular masterclass — such as separate revision sessions, detailed written marking, extra 1:1 support or bespoke work outside the planned programme — may be offered separately and are not included unless specifically stated.Cancellation of Membership
Membership can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Payment remains due during the notice period. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.Student Behaviour
Students are expected to participate respectfully and appropriately. If a student’s behaviour repeatedly disrupts the learning of others, I reserve the right to remove them from the group.Student Expectations
Students should attend sessions ready to learn, with a suitable device, internet connection and any required materials. Students may keep cameras off, but they are expected to engage appropriately through the chat, microphone or written tasks where needed.Online Safety
Meeting links and login details are for the enrolled student only and must not be shared with anyone else.Recording
Sessions must not be recorded by students or parents. Teaching materials, discussions and live explanations are for the enrolled student’s personal use only.Resources and Materials
Teaching slides, model answers, resources and discussion materials are for the enrolled student’s personal use only. They must not be shared, copied, redistributed or uploaded elsewhere.Technology
Online sessions rely on a stable internet connection and suitable device. If a student experiences technical issues on their side, the session cannot be refunded, swapped or repeated, but relevant resources may be shared where appropriate.Academic Honesty
The Genie Method provides teaching, guidance and support. I will not complete assessed work, coursework, homework or exam responses on behalf of a student. All work submitted by students must be their own.Progress and Results
Every effort is made to support students in building confidence, clarity, skill and exam technique. However, specific grades or results cannot be guaranteed.Amendments to Terms
These terms may be updated if needed. Any important changes will be communicated to parents in advance.Agreement

The Genie Method Trial Session Terms & Conditions
Trial Session
A trial session gives your child the opportunity to experience one small-group online masterclass before deciding whether to continue.Trial Fee
The trial session fee is £25 and must be paid in advance to secure the place.No Obligation to Continue
There is no obligation to continue after the trial session. If you would like your child to join the regular masterclasses, this can be discussed after the trial.Limited Spaces
Trial places are subject to availability and are only offered where there is space in a suitable group.Payment
Payment must be made before the trial session. The place is not confirmed until payment has been received.Missed Trial Sessions
If your child does not attend the booked trial session, the fee cannot be refunded, swapped or carried over.Late Arrival
